Burg's Machinefabriek in Oostdijk (The Netherlands) is a company with more than 30 employees that develops and manufactures machines for the following sectors. Fruit cultivation, agriculture, greenhouses, fishing and food processing.

We have been doing business in these sectors for over 50 years and our commitment to quality and reliability is still unchanged. Successful business activities have resulted in major expansions.

Burg's Machinefabriek is able to offer its clients total solutions that address a whole range of needs, starting from small-scale fruit cultivation units to fully automated packing stations.

Management

The company is lead by the Burg brothers. A. Van Burg takes care of the general management and the sales-support. P. Van Burg is the technical manager. The administration is arranged by the secretary.

Sales

Burg's Machinefabriek have a separate sales office, placed in Leerdam. The sales department consist of three persons. O. de Wit, G. de Jongh and A. van Burg. They all have years of experience in the selling of machines at home and abroad.

Engineering

The engineering department consist of a team experienced designers. They draw with the help of the latest programs like AutoCAD, HiCad 3D and the Ridder R8 system.

Construction

Many constructions of Burg's Machinefabriek are custom made. That means a lot of designing and engineering. The factory is subdivided in several departments, the welding department, the sheet working, assembly department, the spray department and the lathe department.

The lathe department is provided with the latest lathes and milling machines. On this department we made all kind of cylinders. On the sheet working, we made all the parts to assemble the machines.

Electric department

All the operating systems are made by us. So we can deliver you a quick answer by questions for after sales-service.

Service

Our service team consist of experienced fitters. They install and maintain the machines through the whole world.  

They have the disposal of modern vans, appointed with all the required tools and materials.
