December 2005: The harvest-conveyor in the citrus-harvest in Spain. The harvest-conveyor belt is also very usefull for the picking of citrus-fruit. We have been in Spain to introduce it at the sites of diffent customers who where all very pleased to see the system work. September 2005: Introduction new type movable harvest-conveyor belt The harvest conveyor belt is this year adapted with some important changes. - The system is self-driven with a three-wheel driven transportunit. - A new type of bin-filler is mounted - The belt support-parts can be placed on the transportunit without dis-mounting them.
Juni 2005: Introduction of two new products. Water-treatment plant Due to the increasing amount of regulations in the area of water-disposal we have developed of a water treatment unit which can handle these problems. Some benefits of the water-treatment unit : - Clean water => less pollution of your product. - Longer "life"-time of the water in the unloader. - Less foaming - Less cleaning costs - In combination with a carbon filter responsible water-disposal
Bin-washer for fruit-bins Due to the increasing requests to a good bin-washer for a reasonable price we have developed the FKW1300. This washer is very compact and washes the bin at all sides. During the washing-process the bin rotates in the closed washer. When the bin has turned 180 degrees, a special rotating wash-head comes in which cares for an perfect cleaning. It is also possible to mount a heater-unit for an even better des-infecting/cleaning. The washer can function stand-alone but also in a production-line.
